Italian cury plant is a Mediterranean bushy plant with golden-yellow flowers and beautiful grey evergreen leaves, very elongated in shape, similar to lavender. It is best known for its intense curry fragrance, perceptible from several metres away. Essential oils are extracted from it. The leaves are highly aromatic (curry-like), especially in hot weather or after rain.
