Lemon Curd’ wild thyme is a creeping thyme with small, elongated, light-green leaves and pink flowers. It has a very pleasant lemon fragrance. Lemon Curd’ thyme is used in cooking like lemon thyme with fish, desserts and infusions. It is also an excellent ground cover plant for dry soils. With its long, supple, fast-growing stems, the plant makes an attractive ground cover.
